The Shore scale is the most widely used worldwide to measure the hardness of soft and semi-hard materials such as rubbers, elastomers, plastics, etc. Baxlo is a specialist in the manufacture of all Shore durometer scales. Description

To determine the Shore hardness, scale A of test specimens and soft rubber articles, according to UNE EN ISO 868, ISO 48-9, ISO 7619, DIN 53505 and ASTM D 2240-15. It is used on the following types of materials: soft vulcanized rubber and any elastomeric material, natural rubber, neoprene, soft PVC, resin, wax, felt, leather, others.
